The formula has been balanced on paper but has not met the machine yet.
The notebook rules
a status for every stage.
Pint Lab separates promising maths from repeatable results. That makes it obvious which recipe I can confidently remake and which one still needs a Saturday afternoon test.
At least one batch exists. Texture or instructions still need refinement.
A result worth repeating, with the successful preparation and spin notes recorded.
The last batch exposed a problem. The notes explain what changes next.
Fixed hardware
one machine, useful instructions.
Every recipe targets the standard Ninja CREAMi NC300EU pint. The actual MAX FILL line remains the authority, and each base freezes level for at least 24 hours before processing.
Recipes record the original program, what to do after a powdery first spin, and how to handle hard leftovers. There is no universal counter-tempering ritual: the frozen block must be safe for the machine.
